What muscle/fat burning exercises should I do?

Im not as bad as it sounds, I dont look obese and Im kind of strong. I m not sure.
Anways


I am overweight and I want to loose weight or just turn it in to muscle. I have a full set of dung bells and a full set of bench pressing material

I need names of workout routines for muscles

And could you please organize the routines so i can do all of them in a week and repeat the prosses.
Also remmber i cant workout the same muscles every day. It has it recover in 48 hours.
I dont know if this is important but my benchpress max is a little over 145
