what movie is this ? about concentration camps?

okay so i watched this movie in english about a concentration camp and it was in black and white. but its not shindlers list. in it theres a little boy thats about to go into a gas place but he starts running off and a dog comes after him. then another part of it a woman has a baby but she doesnt tell them about it and she tries to hide it while she is a seamstress. im reading this book called night and it reminded me of this. unless theres a movie that goes along with that book night by elie wiesel. pleaaase help if you can aha thanks, sorry i wrote this kinda messsy,
also it shows when they are like running and the guy next to him stops and gets trampled .. aww thats so saadd. :( aha
