a painted face? Its a old 1990s movie where a teen finds a guy with a painted face or green mohawk or something weird like that i think this guy was a teenager too and the kid cuts his hand open with a cd because the guy with the paimt face made the cd sharp lol Any one have any idea its a very old memory for me
