Great movie- and that strap-on scene was all sorts of awesome.
 
It was a movie about several couples. Maybe even some weren't couples but they had a sexual relationship. I just remember the one married couple was having trouble with keeping the passion so the wife ends up using a strap on and giving it to the man.
not shortbus but similar. that one looks like a good movie tho..
