Currently I'm rocking an "A Walk to Remember" icon :) I love that movie so much :love:

There're so many quotes and so many scenes I loved in this book/movie.
I wanna use them all at the same time :lol:
 
I liked Nine enough. It was filmed well and more at fault of the original play I think that made it lack in substance and it was hard to make it cinematic. I think Be Italian was the best song but after that I looooove Take it All at the end. Marion owned the movie, really.
 
That's also my favorite song in the movie. And for Marion...I just love her! :in_love:



They are the best thing in Rent. Tango Maureen and Take me or leave me are my 2 favorite songs. :D

RENT is based on the Off Broadway/Broadway musical of the same name. It's about a group of bohemian struggling artists living in NYC in the 90s. They deal with serious issues such as drug addiction and AIDS, but they also have a few laughs while celebrating their lives and their friends. :)

My friends wants to watch Nine, but after all the reviews I didn't want to go. But I've been hearing about that song, My Husband Makes Movies. When it comes out on DVD I could give the movie a try. Somehow a mess of a movie is less of a mess on the smaller screen. :lol: Unless it's complete trash. Hee.

RENT is a really sad but entertaining movie. :sigh: Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it. I love that scene and could never get an icon to look good because it's SO dark.

I know! :lol: I'm always surprised there aren't more couple talk around here.

Really, really love the Titanic sig, CaptainCole. I always found Jack's speech to be so bold and awesome.

Rocky Horror and Sherlock Holmes are 2 more movies I still haven't seen for some reason. Hehe.
 
My sig line is a quote from Nine---it was the only song that I really enjoyed 100%...the rest of the movie was just kinda blah but for some reason Marion got to me in this movie.
 
My current icon is a Rocky Horror Picture Show one, but since I'm changing it first thing tomorrow morning, I'll post it here:

I think I'm going to have to have a Sherlock icon very soon :lol: They are just too awesome in that movie.
 
I :love: Rent. And I like Roger/Mimi, but my favorite couple from the movie is Maureen/Joanne :nod:

Yes! I loved that one as well. I loved super spunky Alice even if it was a bit disconcerting at first. Hee. Alice in Wonderland will never not be quotable! :sigh:
 
Thank you! I tried to find an icon from that actual scene, but to no avail. :lol: Oh well.

It's one of mine too. Definitely one of my favourite quotes. That, and Alice listing her 'six impossible things'. I'll probably be sporting that one soon, too. lol

Edit - Also, while watching the movie, did you get the vibe that it's sort of like Wizard Of Oz? It may be just me who noticed the similarities, but just checking!
