This guy was framed for a murder he didn't comit and was going to be put in the eletric chair (I think) and this girl was trying to prove his innocence, and near the end she found this video tape showing the real killer shooting this guy. And she was running with the video tape to prove the guy was innocent but when she got there he had already been killed.
