What model cellphone has the best reception overall?

Not interested in carriers, interested in cellphone reception in general. Which manufacturer(s) and which model number(s) would offer me the highest reception. Please don't get on a rant about how it depends on the carrier, for my purposes the carrier is unimportant.

Not Iphones. You Lose Coverage Everywhere.
I'd Say EnV2. Or BlackBerry Storm.

Whatever the carrier, whatever the phone, it's really about cell phone tower placement. You can do cell phone tower searches and find where dead spots are.

Anyway, I have the Samsung Instinct and it works everywhere.
