What mileage does a 96 Dodge 2500 Cummins get while hauling a heavy load?

My 96 dodge pick up usually gets 21-23mpg, with out pulling any thing. Any one know what it gets while pulling heavy loads?
Would be hauling 2 to 3 cars on an open car hauler. Toltal of 18,000lbs or less including trailer. Thanks for your answer, the wieght you haul is not too far off.
