I'm a 17 year old male driver, passed my test about 6 months ago, and drove past a camera van at an indicated 78 on the speedo on a dual carriage way. He was round a corner and a lorry happened to be blocking my view of the van until i was almost level with it.
Will I receive a ticket for this? And if I do will it effect my insurance by much? (it is already 1500 quid). I have looked elsewhere and have got mixed results, some say im alright, others say I could get 3 points, 60 quid fine and my insurance could increase by a lot.
