I have had a dull pain in this area for a few months now. I can usually manipulate the pain by breathing heavy, rolling my shoulders forward or shrugging my shoulders.
Today, though, I laughed hard at something and a very intense sharp pain hit the same area and radiated to the shoulder and up my neck to my head. Ever since, I have had a dull ache in the shoulder and it feels like someone punched the right side of my head.
Is this gall bladder or liver or could it be something with the heart even though it is right side?
I have an appetite and there is no nausea, but it is just not right.
