What mental illness does best friend have she lied about having a miscarriage

pretends to be other ppl? O.K so I made a really good friend at university. When we met she told me she was dating a guy named Zak and showed me a love letter he had written to her. She had a photo album named Zak and had loads of pics in there. However she then explained how she split up with him and started to date a guy named Ian. he also happens to be a guy I was briefly involved with. After around 6 months she told me she had miscarried his baby and that he'd really been there for her. I was so sorry for her. At around this time two men added me on facebook. One was claiming to love me and the other was claiming to be madly in love with my best friend. I told her about this and she explained that the guys texting were Adam and Mike. Adam was in love with me and was her cousin and Mike was an ex boyfriend of hers. I was intrigued and so continued to chat to these guys for quite a few months. Until a few weeks ago when I was invited by a friend to an end of year party. there I met Zak and Ian and asked them about my bestfriend. they had never EVEN HEARD OF HER! And were quite horrified that I thought she had been dating them, they both then showed me that she had previously messaged them asking for their numbers but neither had replied. I left feeling distressed. she had simply made up a life for herself. I then questioned whether Adam and Mike were real. I eventually found the real Mike on facebook and he confirmed what I dreaded..he had only met her once and was certaintly not in love with her, he had in fact told her he liked me! I asked my bestfriends sister if she had an Uncle called Adam and she said they certaintly did not. Since this incident I have been unable to even look her in the eyes. Should I end all contact?
