i would say a combination of boxing and judo.
striking would be most of the fighting, kicks are inherently a risky manoeuvre as your standing on one leg to do them. boxing allows you to hit hard and fast but never be particularly vulnerable.
any grappling you do would be either defencive in nature or in the clinch. in judo you learn how to stay standing and how to make the other person fall down.
some BJJ would be useful as it would help you to recover if taken down and escape if you are taken down.
