What marching snare brand (dynasty, pearl, yamaha) plays the best and last

longest? thanks in advance? Because I'm thinking about buying a snare for home use because i keep getting "pad hands" any help would be greatly appreciated
 
My high school has used yamaha for a long time. We have had 4 SFZ snare that are a good 5 to 10 years old and on of the rims just cracked today. And we hardly ever service them! A vast majority of bands from colleges to high schools to drum corps. uses yamaha drums. They are very dependable. But whatever drum you like best is your best bet. Just avoid the power-lite if you want dependability.
 
pearl makes good drums every drum in our school are pearl also you will need to replace the drum heads every 6 months or they will bust especially if you are a snare drum the note on a snare is an e & is high unbeaded it is an f
