What makes people racist?

pride in heritage is fine, but some pride is unjustified? i mean if you break it down by racial pride(which I wouldn't do), whites have the most to be proud of in the way that they invented the modern world by colonizing the world, spreading technology to Japan, China, Europe, scientific advancements, civilization building. white have contributed a "disproportionate" amount to human progress compared to other races, and this being a fact, I can see how white people could believe they are superior. blacks are still building their racial pride, considering their bad history here in America and even bleaker existence in Africa. they can be proud of the cultural influence they've had on music and entertainment and sports, but very little else.

btw there are only three races of human: caucasianoid, mongoloid, and negroid. look it up if you don't believe

hispanics, arabs, and indians are technically considered caucasianoid, so it's not possible to be racist against your own race, right?
 
Eh I don't blame it on that. We'd find examples of bad stereotypes even if none of them were statistically valid statements. It's just ingrained in us to distrust people that look different, babies naturally trust faces that look the most like them, there have been hard studies showing that.

some people are dead set on finding the worst alright. but yeah, I remember all the studies and don't disagree. just genetics. so should we stop trying to force integration and just roll with it?
 
Being a human is this weird thing, because we have this impulsive animal brain telling us all of these gut reactions, and a frontal lobe just kind of growwing on top of it like a tumor and modulating our animal instincts.

Everything human comes at the cost of overcoming animal urges.
