That's why I think limited experiences are part of the problem. So what about the school that not only graduated 100% of their black students but 100% of the black students were accepted into college??

Just because people don't succeed doesn't mean they aren't trying

After moving to the east coast I find that more blacks are racist. Its not very often that I see a "white" person making comments. I do find however that a lot of black people are constantly talking about white people. I see it with some Hispanic people and not very often with the Asians.

cool anecdote, which does not explain why (or that) "white people" and "black people" have different outlooks on failure. fuck, are you SERIOUSLY this idiotic?

I know a few college educated blacks too, that's why I didn't say all of them are rude, and conform to stereotypes.

Just 99% or so.

I'd say it's Low self esteem more then anything.

People who find it difficult to be proud of anything they've done have to be proud of where they were born, even though they had no choice in the matter. If they can then convince themselves that people born elsewhere are inferior, that makes them feel that tiny bit better

that's why i think it's ridiculous for someone to suggest that racism is innate

it's something that's acquired through experience

That doesn't make any sense. You are associating black people with behavior you don't like, so you are leaving because they are black.
