What makes people racist?

So how does that work??? How does not being around them automatically give you a bad opinion as opposed to a neutral or positive one??

Could be any poor/ghetto ethnicity, because the vast majority of those things come from being poor and/or uneducated not on race. It's just people choose to paint the entire black community based on it's lowest class, when billy bob beats the shit out of his wife because he is high off of meth the same does not apply

I'm not sure of it, it's just an observation. Just seems like not trying is acceptable in the black community. At least here it is. The high school graduation rate is under 50%
 
when you live in lands that are rich in resources, you don't need to worry about survival as much and can devote your spare time to pursuing other activities.

in africa, where water is scarce and food is difficult to get, you must concentrate on simply staying alive and thus do not have as much time to devote to pursuing greater things.
