M Matthew New member Dec 7, 2011 #1 i have a old english bulldog who is fine with everyone except my neighbor. He bark and jumps on the fence. When he jumps on the fence, the picket falls into the neighbor's yard. It only happens when she is outside. I cannot stress that part enough.
