Most law schools don't really "specialize" in an area of law. Every student has to take the same general first year courses and then in second and third year can take elective courses, so in your case corporate law.

Basically when you attend law school your future career depends on how highly ranked and prestigious your school was.

I would suggest going to the US News and Rankings website and looking at the Law School rankings. Apply to as many of the top schools as you are qualified for and attend whichever one is the highest.

Good Luck.

I was in the corporate track at George Mason University School of Law. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THAT RETARDED PLACE!!!

I went to Harvard, though not to Law School, but business school. I have a friend who had a book on corporate law, and he was on Harvard law review as well. I think that is where they teach it. I had an interest in constitutional law but I like business side of things better.
