What laptop should i get? ASUS, DELL, SONY, LENOVO, HP, any brand major or minor.?

I need help finding a computer for myself. I am currently looking at ASUS's because of my budget which is anything under 899$ or lower looking for atleast 4gb ddr3 ram 7200 RPM HDD 1GB ddr3 VRAM dedicated not shared INTEL i5 preferrably. I really need help because i am very confused! Too many variables like Intel HD shared VRAM all that crap makes it all complicated. I need something between 15-16inches or 14 or 17 loosely. I want a high performance computer with good VRAM.
