What kinda sport bra, for volleyball?

so, i made the freshman volleyball team today, and i want to know what type of sport bra to get, im a 34C, and i dont really know the difference from low-high impact.

so if you guys could help me.

Just wear one that's comfortable and easy to move around in. Just like any other sport, you want one that fits you well and allows you to be flexible.

Well, it really depends on what kind of jersey you get. For our team, we have racerbacks, (i hate racerbacks.. but anyway) So we all have racerback bras. Just make sure that whatever you get supports you in the right way. It really doesn't matter what kind of impact you get. I play club and i'm on varsity, and i have low impact, and that works for me. But it could be different for you, you just have to know your body.
