a lot of people at our school have signatures of their friends in white...meaning the words are white on their black backpacks. It kind looks like white out but it is NOT. Please answer ONLY IF YOU KNOW IT!!! OR THUMBS DOWN! I Wil Pick the Best Answer.
and it is not a white out pen. its not any ANY TYPE OF WHITE OUT
 
Thats because it is white out. They have white out pens heres a link for a common one. We always used them in school.
