What kind of wires/wiring kits will I need ?

I've got my subwoofer & amp ready now all I need is the wires etc for them.. I have NO IDEA about wiring! My sub is an Alpine type X 12" 4ohm.. and the amp is a Response 1000WRMS Linkable Car Monoblock Amplifier

Basically you'll need a Subwoofer Amp Wiring Kit.
The thicker the wire is than the more power will be sent to the amp.
0 gauge is the thickest wire, with 1000 watts RMS I would go with 4 gauge. You can always go with 0/1 gauge, just don't choose any smaller than 4 gauge.
