what kind of top should i wear with my black skinny jeans and black high heel boots?

the heel on the boots is a little bit less then 4 inches, i need a warm kind of top, what would be the best top to wear it with?
 
You could go for a white, tight, see-throughish shirt with a black waist coat. =]

Or if you wanted to be more original - wear the same except wear a black shirt with a white waistcoat. =]
 
hmmm, either you can wear, one of those short black waistcoats (you know the ones that just cover your boobs)with a long tight top underneath in any bright color, pink, white, blue, whatever you want. I dont think you should wear a shirt, its too, shirty lol
or you can just go for a coloured top with a belt and black cardigan.
