what kind of tests can i do to my friends to find if they're drunk or not?

im hosting a party and a whole bunch of friends are coming over (all 400 of them)
anyway im taking their keys away and they can only get them back if they're sober
so what kind of simple tests can i do before i give them their keys? (besides the obvious they're WAY to drunk to drive test)

i know u can walk in straight line but besides that - an the alphabet backwards thing -i cant even do that
