What kind of sushi has little to no mercury? Is the rainbow roll good?

I really want to try the rainbow roll. But I'm not sure to take the risk of mercury. I'm sick of the california roll so thats not a suggestion. Maybe the shrimp tempura? is that sushi? lol idk
ANYTHING ABOUT RAINBOW ROLLS? CAN I EAT IT?
 
sushi doesn't have nearly enough mercury in it to harm you
and even if you cooked the fish and ate it would still have mercury in it.
 
Serious most all sashimi has mecury. Tuna has the most follow by mackeral. Honest opinion, as long as the fish is caught in ocean, you have a good chance of consuming mercury!
