Ok so I'm 15 years old and I weigh 145 pounds and. I'm 5"5 and I wanna looses weight I have joined gym and I want to know what should I do there to loose weight and what machines should I go on and for how long and explain how you do weight training I don't get it at all and here is my diet
breakfast : plain bagel with cream cheese and tea with mill and sugar 7:45 am
lunch whole wheat bread with peanut butter and a fruit or a granola bar
12:00 pm
Dinner : rice with Indian food like curry and stuff
And I eat my dinner after school like at 4:00 and then I go to gym is that ok?
