I have a 96' Ford Taurus, 3.0L V6.
I need to replace my starter, and I prefer to do work on my own car if I can. I went to the shop to get a new starter and he asked me which one I wanted-- said there was 2 options. he said to look on my 'air box' to see what kind I need. I removed my starter just now and am hoping to just be able to bring that in. Is there any way to find out what kind I need when I go back to see him tomorrow?
