What kind of speeches can I do with animation as my topic?

It has to be an informative speech and i chose to do it on animation.. but i don't know whether to do the history of animation.. the famous technique used on it.. i feel that its such a broad topic now that ive chosen it.. how can i narrow it down to 3 points?
