What kind of results can i expect from this exercise?

Hi :)
I have never made exercise a regular part of my life, but in the last week i bought an exercise bike, and have been using it for 30 minutes a day. I know that doesn't sound a lot, but its a big step from doing nothing for 18 years :P I've also started to cut my daily calories to around 1400-1500 a day.

At the moment, i am 195lbs and 5'9", and i was wondering what kind of results you think i could expect from this kind of change.
