What kind of poison would be best to destroy the Bermuda and Johnson grass in my garden?

I want to use something that doesn't affect other plants and doesn't run of into my neighbors yard if possible.

Round up in a spray bottle. Just be sure it's not going to rain in 24 hours and it's not a windy day. Spray only the grass and not the plants. I usually pull out as much as I can by the roots that are growing close to my plants using a weed puller.
