What kind of pistons and rods do I need for my 1.7l vtec 05' Honda Civic if

I want to install a turbo? I have a 2005 Honda Civic 1.7l vtec and I want to install a turbo and and put it to boost around 8 pounds and I was wondering what kind of pistons and rods I would need? Thanks
