what kind of person is apple store looking to hire?

I mean in terms of personality, if you are shy, would they hire you? What if you aren't very outgoing? is apple discriminating in terms of how you look? I know hollister and acrombie and fitch does. so if anyone is working with the Apple, tell me what kind of personality traits you have to have in order for the apple to accept you. thanks
