i woulda said 10w-30 but i dont know that car well, refer to owners manual

In the colder months i would use the 5w-30 and when it gets hotter outside i would move up to a 10w-30
you have a few options here for a filter
K&N Oil Filter part number is W0133-1633189
oil you can use a 5w30 wich it normally come with from the factory if or you can use a 10w30 which is a little thicker not as good in very cold weather
or you can use a synthetic oil but if you do that you can go back to the normal oil well u can just not recomended

You should be ok with 5W-30.
