What kind of mods can I put on my Benz?

Hi I have 04 c320 and I want to really spend 2-3000 on it. What would add most horsepower? I want to go from 215 to around 400. Main goal of the project is to go 0-60 in low 4s of it's possible. Please write me everything I will need in details with part names to reach that! I'll give 10 points for beat answer! I just made bet with someone to beat c63 0-60 and I get 3000 to modify the car
