...Adobe Premiere Elements 7.0? I guess it doesn't matter what I edit it in, but I made a video on DoInk.com, uploaded it to youtube, and I want to be able to add a narration on Adobe Premiere Elements 7.0. Thanks :D

Note: I asked this question on another subtopic just to make sure I get as many answers as possible. Also, this is for a school project so ASAP please :)
