Requirements:

-Practical in a sense that even the general old man or a cripple can do it and keeping in mind of economy of motion.
-Combat effective as in taking out the opponent(s) quickly without wasting time and making the fight last about 2-3 minutes and using very subtle and small movements.
-Giving Zest in ones life as they can can do the martial art and it brings them simple joy and also to see the martial art not as work but rather something you can do everyday such as cooking and eating.
-Restores or improves health as in going having the vitality of a tiger about to pounce on it's prey but in terms of having energy for the whole day.
-Makes people actually think about life as a whole and to increase their understanding of reality ultimately.
-Making oneself more independent and begin to look past superficial images that have been set on modern views.
-Allowing one to see oneself as a human being and that the opponent(s) are also human beings as well.

I would like to see if there are any martial arts that people can actually name that can fulfill these requirements. Everybody should have standards of why they practice a martial art, so this is my standard.

I think the last 5 requirements, are filled by most martial arts in my opinion. But I think the first two are met by Jujitsu and Muay Thai. I've seen fights where the person knew muay thai, and they were just devastating, knee's and elbow's to the face, quickly ended the fight. And if ever that fight went to the ground, then jujitsu comes in handy.
