What kind of markers can I use to paint on a black fabric backpack?

You can use UNI Paint markers sold at Staples, etc. or puffy paint found at craft stores. They all come in a variety of colors! Have fun!
 
Walmart and Hobby Lobby carry fabrick paint pens and fabrick paint markers. You can get them in fun colors, too :) hope this helps.
