What kind of LED lights should be used outdoors?

What kind of LEDs should be used for a medium sized kitchen garden? It has to be safe, unobtrusive and aesthetically pleasing.
No, I'm not after full spectrum lights. I need LEDs to light up the garden at night if there are evening events or something being held there.
 
First of all I think you are mistaken about LED lights and plants. What you really want is a full spectrum lightbulb, that is timed to go on for 8 hours a day. You can find them at most hardware stores.
