I have a huge problem with an online furniture website where I had purchased my baby furniture from 3 months ago, the cahnging table came with damages drawers so i contacted the company and they told me they will send replacement parts for the drawer, I waited for those parts 2 months and after several phone and online conversations I received the parts a weeks ago, now these parts are the wrong ones, they don't go with my table and I contacted the company again and they want me to wait again for other parts, I'm sick and tired of waiting and calling plus I never got to speak to manager cause they say oh a manager will call you back and I never got a call back from a manager, NOW IM 9 months pregnant and so frustrated and regret my purchase, the furniture store says I can not return the furniture and they also can not replace it for me , I dont know what to do I pad 2000 $ for this stupid thing and they cant fix it neither replace it, I have to contact a Lawyer but don't know what kind of lawyer and I don't know if I have a chane of winning in this case, I kept all the meails and chat conversations for my records.

Please advise, any paralegals or lawyers out there???

You can contact pretty much any civil litigation attorney to sue the company. You can also contact your Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau, both of whom could help you with your problem without costing you money.

Depending on the value of the item you bought, and the potential monetary recovery, a civil litigation attorney may not take the case. There has to be some money in it for them, so even if you're in the right, it may not be enough for a lawyer to take the case. However, initial consultations are generally free (be sure to check this before you see an attorney), and you'll find out then whether they think the case is worth taking or not.

But, like I said, go ahead and file a complaint with your state's Attorney General and with the Better Business Bureau.
