I dropped my 2004 Nissan Murano off at the dealership to get a few things fixed and get it inspected. Well while test driving it they slammed into someone. They do take full responsibility for it and they said they will fit the cost for the repairs but to me thats not enough. Now when someone looks it up on carfax its gonna say in was in a accident. I bought this brand new $40,000.00 b/c this was the car that I planned to keep & I worked my butt off to be able to afford and it is the only thing I can call "mine" . I worked to hard for it to have them act like its nothing. They told me if I trade my car in with them then they would give me the amount as trade in that I would have gotten unwrecked, then whatever car I picked they would give it to me at dealer cost. I don't want a new car, I only owe $13000.00 on my car and I don't want to have to start all over again. Does anyone know what kind of lawyer I need??
