what kind of jobs can you get if you want to do photography? ?

i'm really good at taking pictures too :]] or my friends really think so.
how can i get a good job taking pictures?
 
I know someone who is a photographer that specialized in photographing surgeries. In his case, he mostly did sex-change operations. He said there were a surprisingly large number of these operations performed. He never verified whether there was more cutting or pasting in my city.
