What kind of jobs can I get working outdoors/with animals if I'm 16?

I live in Minnesota, and looking for a summer job or position where I can spend a lot of time outside in the country, preferably taking care of horses and doing odd jobs around a farm. Is there a name for jobs like this? I wouldn't be doing it so much for the pay as for the experience. Where should I look for a job like this?
