Lots of jobs in the business world that do not specifically require some other major such as accounting or engineering. You could could do lots of miscellaneous analyst jobs (market research analyst, risk analyst, business analyst, etc). Anything relating to marketing or sales. Project management, account management, etc.
FWIW, the advice I give youngsters is to double-major. Why not? Start early, plan ahead, you can do that in 4 years, probably. Don't know why more people don't do it -- you double your chances to find a job. You might pick one very marketable discipline (like computer science or accounting) and then one cool academic area you are interesting in, like history or economics.
