In the 1968 movie entitled "Yours, Mine, & Ours" starring Henry Fonda and Lucille Ball, the couple meet at a Japanese restaurant. In this restaurant, they are served by what appears to be a geisha, who then takes them to a small room on a raised platform and walled in by rice paper screens. Also, the diners are seated on small cushions on the floor in front of a low table. No matter how hard I try, I am unable to find a restaurant like this anywhere in Virginia. I have been told that there is one by several people, but I don't know the name or even the city. Could anyone tell me what TYPE of Japanese restaurant this is? For example, steakhouse, sushi bar, etc.
