What kind of gears do i need to run 38" or 40" on my 87 Toyota Pickup 4X4 5speed?

I am running 35's right now but how much lift would i need to run 38's or 40's? But i want to know what i need to get like how much lift i need to put on my truck. BUT I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS THANKS ALOT YALL
