you should really stay with community fish, mollies platy's donas striped zebras really any community fish betas are an aggressive fish but you can put a male beta and a female Betta together if you like it is not common to have babies, and there pretty and a lot of people like betas as an office pet cheap and a great way to make a hobby a reliable source of some extra income !
What kind of fish should I keep with my Cardinal Tetras?

I have a 10 gallon tank with only 3 Cardinal Tetras, and I would like to add a couple more fish (or even just one). I did have more tetras, but not all of them made it through the first day. I've tried 2 different Bettas (obviously not at the same time), but after a while they started nipping at the tetras, so both were removed. I would like to try something different this time 
Any ideas?
