I'm furthur interested in having some colourful discus fish, will these kill those discus too?

It looks like a Jewel Cichlid, aggressive little so and so's they are, I wouldn't recommend mixing with anything other than other jewels certainly not discus

The link I've given explains a bit more about them and their needs

These fish with Black Ghosts should not be attempted. Black Ghosts are very peaceful, and are very easy to pick on. Cichlids should usually be kept in a cichlid only aquarium, or one with other semi-aggressive fish that can hold their own. Angels should be fine as long as small fish arent present. Im not sure how parrots act. Discus are very water sensitive, and are usually very peaceful also. The Jewels might be a bit to rowdy for them. And I definitely wouldnt pay 30-50 dollars for a low grade discus to put in my tank if I had a fish just kill another fish.

Usually the pet stores information can be somewhat reliable, and if you talked to them about this one, they shouldnt have let it happen. Next time you go in to restock your tank, talk to them.
EDIT: Are these all the same fish? Because picture number 4 just looks different. It actually reminds me of a Kribensis. Another type of cichlid.

looks to me like some type of african chiclid...there are a few different kinds they can be aggressive fish and usually need to be in a larger tank at least 30gallons and usually its best for them to be with fish around the same size and also aggressive go and talk to someone at a pet store they can give you all the info you need
