What kind of fish is this?? and why has it randomly showed up in my fishtank?! HELP .?

Okay, so today i was sitting and watching my fish tank. I then realized that their was a fish in there that i didnt know i had. when i looked closer, i saw that it looked extremely simalair like Homer Simpson, it was bloated looking... almost prgnant looking, eating a what appeared to be a peanut, and its finds were shaped almost as if it was giving me the finger. the middle one. up. ... does anyone know what kind of fish this is?? wud it be good in a glass of grain acohol??

It might be a puffer fish (either a salt water or fresh water) and it could of been born by another fish. Also you could have created a new breed of fish using two different kinds of fish! congrats!
