what kind of engine could i put in a 1990 lincoln town car to make it faster, and loud.

BUT STREET LEGAL? i wanted to put another engine in my car but i wasnt for sure what kind to look at. and about how much would installation be? its a 1990 lincoln town car 5.0 liter engine
