What kind of dance is this?

Ok, in Gone With The Wind at the Bazaar, they do a dance and I don't know what kind it is.
It's the kind where everyone lines up in two rows, men on one side and ladies on the other, and dance with the person kinda diagonal from them, and then run through the line. I hope that's descriptive enough
